The W-R Process Color Wax (PCW) is the oldest, most dependable, and useful ink compound used today by printers and ink manufacturers worldwide. It corrects ink/paper related problems that occur during print operations.
About the Product
An ink conditioner designed for oleoresinous oxidizing vehicle systems, including but not limited to modified phenolics, alkyds, maleics, hydrocarbons, natural resins, and rubber base systems.
The W-R Process Color Wax (PCW) will ensure even solid colors without shading or voids. It allows operators to print metallic ink trouble-free and with more sheen. It also aids in ink transfer without lifting or pulling away from the paper fibers. The dots reproduce without causing dot gain or fill-in for sharper printing results and better ink mileage.
This product does not contain wax. Use it to extend roller life by adding a small amount to “dead” roller units thus eliminating friction build-up on that unit.
